Disaster relief: Grant making that lasts longer than the media attention

Over the last five days South Australia has watched in horror as the latest bushfires devastated more than 85,000ha of farming land at Pinery and surrounds north of Adelaide.  Two people lost their lives, many more were injured and a reported 87 homes and buildings were destroyed.
